1、(MTT6991997) 煤矿采空区阻化汽雾防火技术规范前 言 本标准由煤炭工业部科技教育司提出。 本标准由煤炭工业部煤矿安全标准化技术委员会归口。 本标准起草单位：煤炭科学研究总院抚顺分院。 本标准主要起草人：付云生。 本标准委托煤炭科学研究总院抚顺分院负责解释。煤矿采空区阻化汽雾防火技术规范 1 范围 本标准规定了应用阻化汽雾方法防止煤矿采空区自然发火的一般要求、雾化方法和管理等。 本标准适用于有条件采用阻化汽雾技术的煤矿采空区自然发火的防治。 2 引用标准 下列标准所包含的条文，通过在本标准中引用而构成为本标准的条文。本标准出版时，所示版本均为有效。所有标准均会被修订，使用本标准的各方应
2、探讨使用下列标准最新版本的可能性。 MT/T7001997煤矿防火用阻化剂通用技术条件 煤矿安全规程1992-10-22中华人民共和国能源部 矿井防灭火规范（试行）1988-03-26中华人民共和国煤炭工业部 3 定义 本标准采用下列定义。 3.1阻化汽雾防火 fire-prevention by the inhibition of atomized sprays 使阻化液雾化后进入采空区阻止煤氧化,防止采空区煤炭自然发火的技术。 3.2阻化剂 inhibitor 具有抑制煤炭氧化能力的化学物质。 3.3阻化汽雾 inhibition of atomized sprays 利用汽雾发生器产生的
3、微小阻化剂雾滴。 3.4汽雾含量 density of atomized sprays 单位体积风流中携带阻化剂雾滴的品质或雾滴数。 4 一般要求 4.1采用阻化汽雾防火技术的矿井应具备： 完整的采区及工作面的通风系统图和与防灭火有关的技术数据； 测量巷道风量和采空区的漏风量、温度、湿度等参数的仪器仪表与工具； 4.2采用阻化汽雾防火技术时，应编制实施方案，经有关部门审批。 4.3阻化汽雾防火技术实施前，应对阻化剂的阻化效果和汽雾发生器的雾化效果进行检验。 4.4阻化汽雾防火技术实施后，应由批准单位负责验收。 4.5设有阻化汽雾防火设施及观测点的巷道，应维护良好，有害气体浓度应符合煤矿安全规程
4、的规定。 5 阻化汽雾防火方案内容 a）防火区或火灾隐患区的基本情况； b）防火区内通风设施的位置、状态和气体分析结果； c）漏风状况的检测与分析； d）阻化汽雾系统和雾化方法； e）阻化效果的预测； f）阻化汽雾防火管理； g）设计说明书、有关图样、设备清册和资金概算。 6 阻化防火参数测定 6.1阻化剂的阻化效果测定按MT/T700的有关规定进行。 6.2实施阻化喷雾时，应对采空区内风流采样，测定其汽雾含量。 7 雾化防火工艺及要求 7.1按喷雾方法区分，可采用单点喷雾或多点喷雾。 7.2按喷雾时间区分，可采用连续喷雾或间歇喷雾。 7.3在采空区回风侧漏风地点不宜设置汽雾发生器。 7.4根
5、据汽雾阻化防火的需要，阻化剂汽雾应满足下列要求； a）雾化率不宜低于85%； b）雾化率超过85%时雾滴的最大直径不宜超过100m； c）雾滴平均直径不宜大于15m d）小于100btm雾滴的累计重量不宜少于50%。 7.5采空区漏风流中汽雾含量不宜低于10g/m3。 7.6实施阻化防火技术时，喷雾量按式（1）计算： V=QADLHS （1） 式中：V日喷雾量，m3/d； Q吨煤用液量，m3； A工作面丢煤率，%； D实体煤容重，t/m3； L工作面长度，m； H工作面采高，m； S工作面日进度，m。 8 效果考察与管理 8.1为保证汽雾阻化防火的有效性，应建立有效的气体监测系统，定期检查工作
6、面及采空区气体成分，需检查的气体成分主要为：氧气、甲烷、一氧化碳和二氧化碳等，同时观测温度、湿度和漏风量。 8.2定期观测采空区内漏风流中的阻化汽雾的含量，应满足7.5的要求。 8.3必须建立汽雾阻化防火设备的操作规程、工种岗位责任制等规章制度。 8.4建立汽雾阻化防火台帐。 8.5实施阻化汽雾防火技术的防火区的管理，应按煤矿安全规程和矿井防灭火规范的有关规定进行。 （英文版 ） Two regulations promulgated for implementation is in the party in power for a long time and the rule of law
