3、着知识经济的到来和市场竞争的加剧，技术创新日益成为企业持续发展 和谋求竞争优势的首要选择。而企业技术创新模式在经历了从技术推动模式、 需求拉动模式、耦合模式、一体化模式之后，进入 20 世纪 90 年代，企业技术 创新从单个企业内部走向了企业外部，技术创新的网络化模式逐步形成，创新 网络成为学术界研究的一个热点。这些研究大体上可以分为从宏观层面的区域 创新网络角度进行的技术创新研究，和从微观层面的企业技术创新网络角度进 行的技术创新研究。本文正是基于后者而进行的研究与论述。 为了更好地把握企业技术创新网络，为企业技术创新的组织模式提供理论 指导，本文从现代企业技术创新模式的网络特征出发，以网络
4、组织理论为指导， 对企业技术创新网络进行系统的分析。首先，本文从企业技术创新网络的定义、 特征及功能三个方面论述了企业技术创新网络内涵，使我们对本文所要讨论的 对象及其讨论的意义有了一个较为全面的认识。其次本文重点分析了企业技术 创新网络的运行、演化和治理机制，认为企业技术创新网络的运行是由环境扫 描子系统、信息传播子系统、利益评价子系统与行为协调子系统相互作用、共 同驱动的；同时，从企业生命周期的角度出发讨论了企业技术创新网络的演化， 本文认为企业技术创新网络经历着从非正式型创新网络、过渡型创新网络到稳 定型创新网络、衰退型创新网络的演化过程；关于企业技术创新网络的治理机 制，本文认为这是企
5、业技术创新网络有效运行的一个关键方面。文中指出了企 业技术创新网络治理的本质及企业技术创新网络有效运行必须解决的三个问 题，在此基础上提出了正式契约约束与激励措施、非正式契约约束与激励措施 及第三方约束与激励措施。通过以上论述，本文对企业技术创新网络进行了一 个较为完整的理论刻画，完成了本文所要论述的主体。最后，在以上理论论述 的基础上，本文以华为技术有限公司为例，进行了企业技术创新网络的案例分 析。在案例分析部分文章先是对华为技术有限公司做了一个基本论述，然后根 据企业生命周期理论分析了华为技术有限公司创新网络的形成与演化，指出华 为技术有限公司的创新网络正处于过渡型创新网络阶段，并向着稳定
6、型创新网 络演化，并从五个方面对现阶段华为技术有限公司的创新网络进行了描述；接 II 着本文以华为技术有限公司两次重要的技术创新为例，简要论述了其创新网络 的运行和治理，使人们对企业技术创新网络的理论有了一个基于现实的直观认 识。在从微观角度进行案例剖析的基础上，本文从宏观角度提出了完善我国企 业技术创新网络发展的政策建议，指出从加强我国企业技术创新网络的创新能 力出发，我国应努力做好如下方面的工作：1、建立健全法律法规，培育社会信 任氛围；2、释放高校等科研院所技术创新能力，提升创新网络合作水平；3、 加强中介服务体系建设，增强创新网络的联结能力；4、完善金融服务体系建设， 增强创新网络发展
7、动力；5、加大对企业技术创新的扶持力度，促进企业创新与 国家创新系统的和谐交融。 通过以上论述，本文希望能为企业技术创新网络提供一个合理的理论构架， 并在企业技术创新网络的运行和演化两个方面形成整体创新，即将企业技术创 新网络的运行看成是由环境扫描子系统、信息传播子系统、利益评价子系统与 行为协调子系统相互作用、共同驱动的结果，将创新网络的演进路径梳理成从 非正式契约型创新网络、过渡型创新网络到稳定型创新网络、衰退型创新网络 的一个连续过程；同时，在企业技术创新网络的一些治理措施上及我国企业技 术创新网络的构建上提出一些创新性的构想，为企业技术创新在理论上和实践 中的发展贡献自己的一些微薄之力

After the technical impetus pattern, the
9、demand drawing pattern, the coupling pattern, the integrated pattern entered in 1990s, the enterprise technological innovation from the single enterprise interior moved towards outside of the enterprise, the technological innovation network pattern forms gradually, the innovation network became a ho

These researches could be divided into the technological innovation research which carried on from the macroscopic stratification plane region innovation network angle and the technological innovation research carried in the whole which from the microscopic
11、 stratification plane enterprise technological innovation network angle. This article was precisely the research and the elaboration which carries on based on the latter. In order to grasps the enterprise technological innovation network better, and provided the theory instruction for the enterprise
