Arbitration:AlldisputesinconnectionwiththisContractortheexecutionthereofshallbeamicablysettledthroughnegotiation.IncasenosettlementcanbereachedbetweenthetwoParties,thecaseunderdisputeshallbesubmittedtotheTradeArbitrationCommissionoftheChinaCouncilforthePromotionofInternationalTradeforarbitration.
