7、借鉴西方政治文明成果，进而对认识和思考中国民主政治的改革和政治文明 的进步具有重要意义。 全文分为六章论述。第一章，重点阐释政党、政府、政党与政府关系等概念。本章 追溯了政党、 政府的历史起源， 主要介绍了美国、 英国等早期政党的产生及其历史演变， 总结了政府产生根源的种种学说。在界定了政党、政府的概念基础上，指出了政党与政 府关系的定义，划分政党与政府关系的类型，指出美国政党与政府关系所属类型，追溯 美国政党与政府关系的历史发展演变。第二章，分析二战后美国政党与政府关系的特征 及其影响因素。本章认为二战后美国政党与政府关系的特征主要表现两个方面：第一， 稳定的两党制；第二，没有绝对意义的在野
8、党。影响二战后美国政党与政府关系的因素 主要包括五个方面：三权分立政府体制、联邦制国家结构形式、政党组织的松散型、美 国政治文化以及美国利益集团政治等等。 论述二战后美国政党对政府的影响。本章认为二战后美国政党对政府的影响主要表 现在政党影响政府选举、政党影响政府政策两个方面。在政党影响政府选举方面，具体 体现在政党影响总统选举和政党影响地方政府选举等两个层面。 在政党影响政府政策方 面，具体体现在政党对政府经济领域政策、社会领域政策、文化领域政策、外交领域政 策等四个层面的影响。第四章，论述二战后美国政府对政党的影响。本章主要是在政府 支持政党竞选、政府绩效考验执政党合法性、政府对非执政党的

Research on the relationship between political parties and government is to solve the fundamental problem of ho

The United States is the only superpower after the Drastic Change, analysisment of the relationship between political parties and the government of the United States after World War II , which is based on a compare view of research to examine the
12、relation among the worlds major capitalist countries,and which contribute to understanding and thinking about that how to deal with the relation between Chinese political parties and government . Meanwhile, in the point of political parties to understand of the American political system, help to und
