14、 its branches 二腹肌后腹 Posterior belly of digastric,动脉：颈总动脉、颈外动脉及其分支（甲状腺上动脉、舌动脉、面动脉和枕动脉）和颈内动脉。 静脉：颈内静脉及其属支 神经：舌下神经及其降支、副神经、迷走神经及其分支（喉上神经的外支和内支） 二腹肌后腹,Common carotid artery,Occipital artery,（）颈总动脉 common carotid a.,位于颈内静脉内侧，约平甲状软骨上缘处分为颈内动脉和颈外动脉。 其重要结构：有颈动脉窦和颈动脉小球。,（2）颈外动脉,起源：平甲状软骨上缘起自颈总动脉。 行程：于颈内动脉前内侧上行
15、。 分支： 甲状腺上动脉 舌动脉 面动脉 枕动脉 咽升动脉,（3）颈内动脉 internal carotid a.,起源：颈总动脉 行程：沿颈外动脉后外方后方，上升至颅底，经颈动脉管入颅腔； 分支：在颈部无分支；在颅内其分支主要布于视器和脑，部分至鼻、眼和颅顶区。,（4）颈内静脉 Internal jugular v.,位置：位于胸锁乳突肌前缘深面、颈总动脉或颈内动脉的外侧。 属支：面（总）静脉、舌静脉、甲状腺上静脉和甲状腺中静脉。,（6）hypoglossal nerve and its descending branch,行程：从二腹肌后腹深面进入颈动脉三角呈弓形向前越过颈内、外动脉浅面二
16、腹肌后腹深面下颌下三角。 分支：有颈袢下根(舌下神经降支)、至甲状舌骨肌神经和心支等。,（7）迷走神经 vagus nerve,行程：行于颈动脉鞘内，沿颈内动、静脉之间的后方下降。 分支：有喉上神经（分为喉内支和后外支）、心支（沿颈总动脉表面下降入胸腔，参与心丛的组成）。,Cardiac branch,（8）副神经 accessory nerve,行程：经二腹肌后腹深面入颈动脉三角经颈内动、静脉之间行向后外侧胸锁乳突肌上份深面 枕三角 斜方肌深面。 分支：在胸锁乳突肌深面发出肌支支配该肌。,（9）二腹肌后腹 Posterior belly of digastric,意义：是颈动脉三角与下颌下三角的分界标志；是颈部及颌面
