1、钢网架结构拼装工艺标准(506-1996)(Standard for assembly of steel grid structures (506-1996))RangeThe process standard is applicable to the ground assembly of steel grid, bolted spherical joints, welded ball joints and welded steel plate joints.Construction preparation2.1 materials:2.1.1 steel grid assembled ste

2、el and connecting materials, high-strength bolts, welding rod and other materials should comply with the design requirements, and should be factory certification.2.1.2 bolt ball, hollow welding ball, auxiliary welding ball, taper head, sleeve, seal plate, net frame member, welded steel plate node an

3、d other semi-finished products shall comply with the design requirements and the corresponding national standards.2.1.2.1 steel products used in the manufacture of steel structure space trusses must comply with the design specifications and technical specifications and standards for the correspondin

4、g materials. Bolt ball is prohibited from overheating, cracks and hidden dangers. The finished ball must be tested for tensile strength of the largest screw hole. The quality requirements and inspection methods of the bolt ball shall conform to the provisions of table 5-14.Allowable deviation of bol

8、checked according to the corresponding grade requirements. Check the factory certificate of high strength bolts, check the test report, and check the reinspection report. The surface hardness test of each high strength bolt shall be carried out before assembly, and cracks and damage shall be strictl
