1、中国海洋大学外国语学院 英、法语专业本科毕业论文参考文献著录格式 为了保证我院全日制本科专业学生毕业论文的总体质量，为了让学生更好地把握学术 写作规范，根据中国海洋大学全日制本科毕业设计（论文）撰写规范及中国海洋大 学外国语学院毕业论文工作规范的有关规定，结合国内外学术著作现行参考文献著录格 式，对英语、法语专业毕业论文中参考文献的著录格式具体规定如下（其他专业经所在系 同意可以适当参考）： 1. 文献条目按作者姓氏（中文姓氏按其汉语拼音）的字母顺序、中外文分别排列。外文 文献在前，中文文献在后。 1）同一作者不同时期的文献按出版时间的先后顺序排列。 2）未注明作者或者作者不明的文献，按文献题
2、名首词（拼音）字母顺序排列在相应位 置。 3）外文书名（含论文集名）使用斜体，实词首字母大写；外文论文篇名使用正体，仅篇 名首字母大写，期刊名称使用斜体。 4）中文书名（含论文集名）及期刊名称置于书名号之中。 5）每条顶格，回行时空两格（悬挂缩进适量）。可以编号。 2. 文献类别标号：专著标号为 M，论文集为 C，论文集内文章为 A，期刊文章为 J，尚未出版之会议论文为 P，博士论文为 D, 硕士论文为 MA，其它（如工具 书）为 Z。 3外文文献 3.1 作者先注姓，后加逗号，再注名字或者名字的首字母缩写；作者多于一位的，第一作 者之后加逗号，按正常顺序（英、法语“名+姓“）列出其他作者姓名
