Does not produce any product without authorization. 5.2.3 物流部物流部按先到期先出货（FEFO）（FEFO）的原则控制库存产品
13、的货龄，每天检查库存产品的货龄， 对于超出标准货龄的情况做出如下行动：Logistic Department responds for controlling products age in the warehouse according to FEFO principle. Check the products age daily and take proper actions as follows when the storage product age is more rotation standard: 当储存的产品货龄为：仓库货龄产品货龄售点货龄仓库货龄产品货龄售点货龄，必须立即通知
14、销售部加快销 售。When the product age in warehouse is more than the warehouse age and less than the sale point age, inform the sale department for speeding sale. 当储存的产品货龄为：售点货龄产品货龄标签货龄售点货龄产品货龄标签货龄，该产品储存状态自动由“合 格”转为“隔离” ，不能放行，做好“隔离”标识，同时，立即通知品控部,并根据品控 部要求送样到品控部做检测，品控部将在收到样品的二个工作日之内通知物流部： “此 批产品是否可以放行？” 。根据品控
15、部的结论，对产品重新标上“合格”或“不合格” ， 对于标上“合格”的产品，通知销售加快销售；对于标上“不合格”的产品按不合格产 品处理程序处理。When the product age in warehouse is between the sale point age and the label age, the storage status of the product is automatically changed from “Approval” to “Hold”, inform QC department and send the samples to QC department
16、for further testing as QC requirement. The QC shall inform the logistic if the product can be released within 2 working days after receiving the samples.
