1、校正程序T7000 SERIEST7030 - T7040 - T7050 - T706001/03/2007ELECTRONIC SYSTEM Calibration电子系统的校正Calibration Set Up Procedures校正设置程序Prior to any installation of programme download or any Calibration Set Up Procedure, ensure that the H8, memoryreset, of the selected system has been performed.先前的一些安装程序下载或一些

2、校正设置程序,保证使用H8之后,已经完成选择记忆重置。Required When : 什么时候需要进行校正A calibration Fault code is Present.一个校正故障代码出现注意:故障代码不能在仪表显示,它可以在H菜单中HB模式NOTE: The Fault code will not be displayed on the screen, but can be viewed in Hmenu mode HBThe non volatile memory has been reset (H8) in the controller.不能变换的记忆可以通过H8重置控制器NO

3、TE: After a full memory reset, in H8, it will be necessary to perform the tractor conguration procedure. Referto H3 in the HMenu Chapter Control module Static description (A.50.A).H8记忆重置后需要通过H3配置控制模块The microprocessor has been replaced.更换微处理器后A PWM solenoid valve has been replaced. PWM电磁阀更换后A potent

4、iometer has been replaced. 电位计更换后A mechanical repair has been effected. 机械修理完成后TRANSMISSION The shift quality or clutch featherability has noticeably deteriorated.只适用于变速箱,离合器转换粗暴EDC ONLY A new lift arm potentiometer is tted, in which case error code 1024 will have to be induced by disconnecting the

5、potentiometer with the key switch in the ON position and then reconnecting it.Electroniccontrol Bad calibration (H.10.D).后悬挂一个新的提升臂电磁阀安装,钥匙ON断开的电位计引起故障代码1024Set Up Procedure:设置程序Prior to conducting a clutch and synchroniser calibration, the following points should be checked:离合器校正之前应检查如下The transmis

6、sion oil is at the correct temperature this can be checked in mode H1. All transmissions should be calibrated between 60 105 C 变速箱油温正确,通过H1模式查看,所有的变速箱温度应该在60 105 CThe parking brake is applied.结合手刹车The air conditioning (if tted) is switched off.驾驶室空调开关关闭All electrical and hydraulic services are desel
