The seller shall be liable for any rust, damage and loss attributable to inadequate or improper protective measures taken by the sellers in regard to the packing.In case of the wooden case packaging, the cortex shall have be
5、en removed and the Seller is obliged to submit to the Buyer together with the shipping documents, a plant quarantine certificate issued by (the competent government quarantine authority of the export country) proving that heat treatment or fumigation treatment has been carried out.The package shall
6、be conspicuously marked with the treatment measure, place, and name of the institution that carried out the treatment.In case of the non-wooden case packaging, the Seller is obliged to submit to the Buyer a written statement proving that non-wooden materials were used.包装: 装在适于长途海运的坚固新木箱或集装箱内能适合气候变化,
7、防潮、防尘、 抗震、防锈及防粗鲁搬运。卖方负责因包装不良以及在包装方面因卖方采取了不当的或不良的保护措施而产生的任何商品损坏，并负责承担有关费用。如果是木箱包装，必须除去树表皮，并随运输单据提供一份由出口国权威机构出具的植物检疫证明，说明热处理或熏蒸处理已经实施。外包装上必须明显标识出处理方式、地点、以及进行处理的机构的名称。如果是非木质外箱包装，卖方必须给买方出具一份证明，说明此合同包装材料不是木料。Shipping mark: The Sellers shall mark each package with fadeless paint to paint the package numbe

10、f despatch, the gross weight and invoice value.装运通知: 卖方在完成合同中货物装运48小时内，传真通知买方船号，装运港口，目的地，起航期，毛重和发票金额等。Shipment notice: The seller shall inform the buyer all the details of shipment (i.e. estimated date of delivery, measurement, gross weight, net weight, number of cases, price of the goods, etc.) 30

14、.For current change reason due to the buyers disadvantage, the L/C can be opened max. 1 month later without any further delay.
