1、 I 摘摘 要要 科学发展观是继邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想之后，党运用马克思 主义理论与中国现阶段的社会发展的实际情况相结合的重大理论成果。 它正确反 映了我国社会主义建设的基本规律，符合广大人民的利益需求，对于我国建设小 康社会、构建和谐社会具有显著的指导作用。因此，科学发展观自提出以来受到 全党、全国人民的积极拥护和支持。如何认识和解读科学发展观，已成为当前的 理论热点。 发表此文， 意在抛砖引玉， 以求共同提高和深化对科学发展观的认识。 本文立足于当前的实践，阐明了科学发展观和马克思主义实践观的内涵，对 马克思主义的实践观与科学发展观内在的一致性进行了分析， 论证了科学发展观 对马
2、克思主义的丰富和发展。从马克思主义实践观的立场出发，分析了科学发展 观的理论基础，论证了科学发展观对马克思主义实践观的丰富和发展，特别是对 马克思主义实践观中的主体性思想、人与自然的对立统一思想、人的实践活动与 社会发展的辩证关系、人类的实践活动与自身的辩证关系的思想进行了探讨，同 时还对实践的中介因素科学技术与科学发展观的内在关系进行了分析。 全文共由引言、主体和结语构成，其中主体部分为四部分论述。论文的引 言主要是从世界观和方法论的高度讲述科学发展观，引出课题。 论文的主体的第一部分阐述了科学发展观以及马克思主义实践观的内涵。 阐述了科学发展观的内涵、要意、本质特征、根本方法和基本要求；从
3、当代人的 视角分析了马克思主义实践观的内涵， 重点分析了马克思主义实践观的主体性思 想、实践在认识中的地位和作用。 第二部分论述科学发展观对马克思主义实践观中的主体性思想的丰富和发 展，主要从发展的目的、主体的地位和力量、内在价值尺度、主体的交往实践等 几个方面进行阐述。以“以人为本”为核心的科学发展观强调人的全面发展，是 对新时期马克思主义实践观的丰富和发展。 第三部分论述了科学发展观对马克思主义辩证实践的思想的丰富和发展。 主要从人与自然的辩证关系、人与社会发展的辩证关系、人类实践活动与自身的 辩证关系进行论述的。人类的实践活动与自然、社会、人类自身其实是和谐统一 的。但是以往的发展观没有
4、注意到这一点，往往是片面的。 II 第四部分从马克思主义实践观出发，论述了科学发展观对实践的中介，也 就是科学技术的丰富和发展。科学发展观不但坚持科学技术是第一生产力的观 点，而且指出科学技术要创新，因为创新是一个民族进步的灵魂，特别是在知识 经济的时代，创新的科学技术不但让一个民族崛起，而且能够让一个民族屹立于 世界民族之林。因此胡锦涛在科学发展观中指出科技要创新的思想。 第五部分也就是结语部分。这一部分是理论联系实际的部分，通过以上对 科学发展观的分析论述，指出我们要立足于马克思主义的实践观，在科学发展观 的指导下进行建设小康社会和构建和谐社会的作用。 关键词：关键词： 马克思主义 、科学
