3、 余热电站调试工程余热电站调试工程 一、 目的( Objective) 通过对电气一次设备的交接试验,以检验设备质量及安装质量是否符合要求,并提出是否可以 投入运行的结论。 Hand-over test of electrical primary equipments is to inspect that whether the quality of equipments and erections are conforming to requirements and conclude that whether the system could be put into use. 二、 依据 (

6、c of Power Plant) 2.7制造厂技术规范及设计资料。 Technical specifications of manufacturers and design data 三、 系统简介 (Brief introduction of system) 本工程设一台15MW发电机,出口电压6.6KV,公司配套10000t/d级水泥生产线建设有一座 33/6.66KV总降压变电站, 电站6.6kV母线为单母线接线方式。 余热电站6.6kV母线以主变压器与公司 总降变电站33kV母线连接,从而实现余热电站与系统并网运行,15MW余热电站站用变压器配置方式 为电站6.6KV母线上配置二台站

7、用变压器。 In this project there is one 15MW generator of which the outlet voltage is 6.6KV. There is one 33/6.6KV general step-down substation in the 10000t/d cement product line, in which the bus is in single main transform connection. 33KV bus in the WHR power plant with single cable circuit is connec

10、流电动机 AC motors 2.1 调试内容 Contests of commissioning 交流电机的试验项目如下: Purpose of DC motors test is as following: 2.1.1 测量绕组的绝缘电阻和吸收比 Measure insulation resistance and absorptance of winding 2.1.2 测量绕组的直流电阻 Measure DC resistance of winding 2.1.3 定子绕组的直流耐压试验和泄漏电流的测量 DC voltage-withstanding test of rotor wind

13、20KV 额定输出电流(Rated current output):500mA 2.2.3 直流电阻快速测试仪 (DC resistance quick-testing instruments) 2.2.3 钳形电流表(Pliers-shape ammeter ) 2.2.4 直流高压发生器一套 (A set of high-voltage generator) 额定输出电压(Rated voltage output):0-50KV 额定输出电流(Rated current output):5mA 2.3 调试应具备的条件(Reconditions for commissioning ) 2.

14、3.1 交流电机安装完毕,并符合安装规程要求,办理完安装验收签证; Installation of AC motors should be completed, which should be conforming to installation regulation and obtain certificate of erection acceptance; 2.3.2 设备安装完毕后应将所有绝缘件擦拭干净; Clean all the insulation components after equipments installation finish 2.3.3 根据交流电机的电压等级确定

15、具体的试验项目。 Confirm specific test items in accordance with voltage grade of DC motors 2.4调试步骤 (Procedures of commissioning ) 4 中材节能股份有限公司中材节能股份有限公司 UCCUCC 余热电站调试工程余热电站调试工程 2.4.1 测量绕组的绝缘电阻和吸收比 Measure insulation resistance and absorptance of winding 2.4.1.1额定电压为1000v以下,常温下绝缘电阻值不应低于0.5M;额定电压为1000v及以上, 在运

16、行温度时的绝缘电阻值,定子绕组不应低于每千伏1M,转子绕组不应低于每千伏0.5M; Under normal temperature and rated voltage below 1000V, insulation resistance should not be less than 0.5M; if rated voltage being or above 1000V, under running temperature, the insulation resistance of working should not be less than 1M per KV, that of rotor winding should not be less than 0.5M; 2.4.1.2 1000v及以上的电动机应测量吸收比,吸收比不应低于1.2,中性点可拆开的应分相测量 As for motors with rated voltage above 100
