3、 TOOLSTOOLS5 5 2 根据越南松邦4水电项目总体进度计划安排。越南松邦4水电项目第一台 机定子组装、下线等机电设备安装在下月即装开始，厂房内混凝土施工还未 完成，因此，根据设备不同的防护等级做好机电设备安装过程中的防尘措施。 Whereas the E&M equipments of 1# unit shall be installed next month based the construction schedule,and the concrete work in powerhouse has not been completed,dust control measures
4、shall be conducted as required. 1 工作目标工作目标 Objective 为解决现场作业环境满足现场施工要求，避免其它施工影响，我部根据 以往电站施工经验，制定能满足施工条件要求的防护方案。 Base on our work experiences in similar projects, make dust control measures and fulfill construction requirements. 2 组织措施组织措施 Organizational Measures 加强组织领导是做好防尘工作的关键。施工现场要有专人分管防尘事宜， 建立和健
5、全防尘机构，制定防尘工作计划和必要的规章制度，切实贯彻综合 防尘措施：建立粉尘监测制度，评价劳动条件改善情况和技术措施的效果。 Appoint person responsible for dust controlling,found the dust controlling institution,formulate dust controlling schedule,carry out dust controlling measures,establish dust monitoring system and evaluate effectiveness. 对控制扬尘工作的职责进行分解落实

7、lling is technical measure. 1设专人清运现场垃圾，工作面清扫前应洒水润湿后再将垃圾铲入垃 圾内，集中运至地面后及时处理，防止扬尘。 Appoint person responsible for garbage collection. Spray water before garbage collecting. 2垃圾使用封闭的采用容器吊运，严禁随意凌空抛撒造成扬尘。 Transport the garbage in closed container. 3工地周边场地派人每天巡视、清扫。 Inspect and clean site circum every day.
8、 4设备安装就位后，表面用彩条布遮盖防止粉尘进入，影响设备安全。 Cover all equipments with tarpaulin after completing installation. 4 5机坑等通风不良的场所施工采用通风方式，有效控制降低施工中产 生粉尘浓度。 Take venting measures in airless area. 6设置设备切割、打磨时区域，在工作面切割、打磨时，周围的设备 作好防护，防止设备进入粉尘、铁屑等，产生的铁屑、废料等及时清理。 Establish cordon incision and grinding area. Prepare dust
9、 protection works while incision and grinding operating. The waste shall be cleaned timely. 7对装配防护等级较高的设备装配时设置封闭式防尘工作间。 Establish closed dustproof workshop for high assembly protection grade equipment. 8设置定子下线(转子叠片)防尘作业区，以防止金属粉尘、灰尘、杂物 等进入下线(叠片)作业区，定子组装下线(转子叠片)作业区应保持清洁、干 净，布置整齐，通风良好，装配工位以及与其相邻的工位厂房段已
10、完成封顶， 必要时设置定子下线的专用保护棚罩，棚罩的温度、湿度、通风、照明满足 工艺和作片业人员工作环境要求 Establish stator bottom (rotor lamination) dustproof work zone, order to prevent metal dust, dirt, debris into the bottom (lamination) work zone. Stator (rotor lamination) assembly work zone shall keep clean, tidy and well ventilated. Factory ne

Establish special protection canopy hood if necessary and the temperature, humidity, ventilation and lighting of the canopy hood shall meet the work environment requirements. 5 9设置线棒绕包房和漆胶配方房，以防止灰尘。配方房设专人负责定 子下线所有化学制品的配制，并作好记录。 Establish winding wire rod room and paint formulation room t

The dedicated staff is responsible for the formulation and records of all chemicals. 10作业区内设置严格的保卫制度，无关人员不得入内，业主、监理 凭工作证可以进入。 Set up strict security system so that only those who has work card can enter. 11施工人员进入作业区内必须换装(换干净鞋、衣帽等)。设专人负责 作业区的清洁卫生，用吸尘器吸尘，并拖洗地面。 Construction personnel m
