Today you have the honor to make a speech on behalf of the new recruits at the welcome meeting which is to be attended by both the new comers and other staff members of the company, including the senior management. But you have never made a speech on such a big occasion and now you have sweaty palms and butterflies in your stomach. How would you prepare for this speech and what questions would
