Although the primary role of the Border Collie is that of the working stock dog, dogs of this breed are becoming increasingly popular as pets. Top two：普多（Poodle）The poodle is a medium-sized breed of dog and believed to have originated in Germany. What notable is this breed's keen sense for instinctual behavior .In particular, marking and hunting drives are more readily observable than in most other breeds. Even Toys will point birds. Classified as highly energetic, poodles can also get bored fairly easily and have been known to get creative about finding mischief. Poodles like to be in the center of things and are easily trained to do astonishing tricks involving both brains and agility. They have performed in circuses for centuries, beginning in Europe. In the book The Intelligence of Dogs, author Stanley Coren ranked the breed third for intelligence. He found that they had the ability to learn simple tasks after only five repetitions and obeyed the first command given 95% of the time . Top four：金毛巡回犬（Golden retriever）The temperament of the Golden Retriever is described in the standard as "kindly, friendly and confident". Golden Retrievers are great family pets and get along great with children.They are not "one man dogs" and are generally equally amiable with both strangers and those familiar to them.Their trusting, gentle disposition therefore makes them a poor guard dog.Any form of unprovoked无缘无故的 aggression or hostility towards either people, dogs or other animals, whether in the show ring or community, is completely unacceptable in a Golden Retriever and is not in keeping with the character of the breed and as such is considered a serious fault. As a personal protection dog, the Doberman was originally bred for these traits: it had to be large and intimidating吓人的, fearless, and willing to defend its owner, but sufficiently obedient and restrained to only do so on command . The Shetland Sheepdog Standard from the AKC allows them to be reserved to strangers, but they should not show fear. Shelties do well with children if they are reared with them from an early age; however, their small size makes it easy for a child to accidentally injure them, so supervision is necessary. Top seven： 拉布拉多巡回猎犬（Labrador retriever）CANADA .The Labrador Retriever is one of several kinds of retriever, a type of gun dog. The AKC describes the Labrador's temperament as a kind, outgoing and tractable易于管教的 nature. Labradors' sense of smell allows them to hone in on almost any scent and follow the path of its origin. They generally stay on the scent until they find it. Labradors instinctively enjoy holding objects and even hands or arms in their mouths, which they can do with great gentleness (a Labrador can carry an egg in its mouth without breaking it). Top eight：蝴蝶犬（Papillon）France.The Papillon is a very intelligent dog that has a very easy time learning new tricks. This dog is great with kids, strangers, and other pets, but they should not be handled by young children as they are small and fragile and could be seriously injured. Papillons are also very playful and affectionate. Widely known as great companion dogs, with the spirit and energy to keep up with active families, but calm enough to be happy with sleeping in the arms of an equally affectionate owner. They have high energy level and require more exercise than the average companion breed. The Papillon can withstand heat but are more sensitive to cold temperatures because of their single-coated fur, and should not be left outside unattended in cold weather.
