Physical recreation affords us the opportunities to strengthen our bodies. These activities range from participa
5、ting in hard sports such as playing basketball, football or tennis to slow paced events like jogging. Physical pastimes provide welcome necessary breaks for our busy life, and alert us to our physical condition. Besides physical recreation we have intellectual activities. Activities such as reading

This refreshment can stimulate our mental readiness and makes us escape from the pressure of daily life.
