5、械地需要,也要考虑转速对汽油机自身工作地影响 .任务书已经指定所需汽油机转速n=5000 r/min.3、冲程数本设计中地车用汽油机都采用四冲程,即=4.4、平均有效压力pme平均有效压力pme 表示每一工作循环中单位气缸工作容积所做地有效功,是汽油机地强化指标之一,一般车用汽油机地平均有效压力为0.9MPa1.2 MPa,这里取pme =0.93 MPa. 5、有效燃油消耗率be这是汽油机最重要地经济性指标.四冲程车用汽油机250g/(kw h)380g/(kw h).2 汽油机基本结构参数选用精选学习资料 - - - - - - - - - 名师归纳总结 - - - - - - -第 3

7、D 地值, S 确定后,满足功率要求可通过改变气缸数i 实现,所以采用 4 缸直列排布 .4、连杆长度L 与曲柄连杆比=r/L连杆长度加大,会使汽油机总高度增加;虽然连杆摆角减小,侧压力减小,但效果不明显;而且连杆重量加大,往复运动质量惯性力加大.因而尽量采用短连杆,目前一般值在 1/41/3.2 之间,取=1/3.5.则 2r=65,r/L=1/3.5 即 L=113.75 mm ,r=32.5 mm5、气缸中心距l0 及其与气缸直径之比l0/Dl0/D 影响汽油机地长度尺寸和重量指标,设计时力求缩小l0/D 地值 .l0/D 值地影响因素可从曲轴中心线方向地尺寸分配和气缸上部地尺寸分配两方
