14、the book Id started reading The Kite Runner several times, and I found that before long I was unable to put the book down. I really enjoyed Hosseinis style of writing and the way he was able to provide so much detail yet leave the reader able to comprehend what he is saying.Initially, I did not symp
15、athize with Amirs regret after the cowardice he displayed towards Hassan, but my mind gradually changed as the plot unfolded. I could only think how wrong it was to betray someone like he did, especially after all Hassan had done for him. After all, it was Hassan and his slingshot that prevented Ami
16、r from getting beat up by Assef. However, as I thought of the other aspects of Amirs life, such as the acceptance he so desperately wanted from his father and the typical Afghan treatment of the Hazaras, I began to see the difficulties he was constantly facing. I was also reminded that Amir was only
