15、Catalyst,OxygenSensorandMuffler,thetemperatureofenvironmentinwhichtheyworkistoohightohavealabelonthem.Theinformationisrequiredtobecarvedormolded.Exceptfortheassemblysuppliersnameandpartnumber,thesubstrateandcoatingsuppliernamesshouldbeontheCatalyst127. Vehicle RegistrationLocalVehicleRegistrationBur
16、eaufocusesoncheckingofthefirstnewvehiclecomingtothatbureauforregistration.Thepolicemeninthebureaucomparethevehicleanddocumentsinitwiththelegalfiles:MIITBulletin,CCCCertificate,MEPCatalogue,BEPCatalogue(BeijingAreaonly).Ifthereisnothingwrongwiththefirstnewvehicle,theywillinputthefirst8digitsofVIN(exa
