7、zation.Atpresent,althoughtheelectroniccommerceinourcountrysocialistmarketeconomyenvironmenthasabrightprospect,initsrapiddevelopmentprocessitisfacingseriousmoralcrisis.ReasonThe first isbecauseofthesocialreason,namelythedescendentofsocialmorality,thedevelopmentofelectroniccommerceistoofastsoastotheim
8、perfectmanagementsystem，thelaggardlegalsystemconstructionandsoon.The second isthereasonofthee-commerceitself,becauseInternetputsuptheinherentlimitationsandthevirtualcharacterintheelectroniccommerceactivity,andatthesametimeitstechnologyisnotmatureThe third isaboutthebusinessmenbecausetheyaredrovedbyt
