8、表示精确数量时,hundred(百),thousand(千),million(百万),billion(十亿)不用复数形式;当hundred,thousand等与“of+复数名词”连用,表示模糊概念时,这时hundred,thousand,million,billion等要用复数形式。Therearetwohundredpeopleinthehall.大厅里有200个人。Therearehundredsofpeopleinthehall.大厅里有数以百计的人。3.基数词表示顺序、编号基数词表示顺序、编号时,由“单数名词+基数词”构成,此时名词和基数词的第一个字母通常大写。IaminClassOn
9、e,GradeNine.我在九年级一班。HelivesinRoom302.他住在302房间。-13-考点4.基数词的特殊位置一般来说,基数词常用来表示精确的数量,它放在名词的前面,当another,more等对数词进行限定时,要注意相互之间的位置关系:“another+基数词+名词复数”;“基数词+more+名词”。这两种表达都表示在已有基础上再增加一定的数量。Canyouhaveanothertwoeggs?你能再吃两个鸡蛋吗?Shehasgotfivemoreelectricfans.她还有五台电扇。5.“整十”的复数形式可表示几十年代或某人几十多岁。inthe1990s在20世纪90年代
