Free running is a new sport created by a Frenchman called Sebastien Foucan. The sport was started as a game he and his friends played as children in a small quiet to

11、wn in France named Lisse. Here children would gather together after school and jump on park benches, street walls and eventually on the roofs of schools. Its not just a game today. Free running is a hard, physical sport. Free running helps Tim and Robert to fight their own fears and deal with day-to

14、 one, jump! Oh! I could not believe it but I jumped. I started to scream louder and louder in my heart but no sounds left my mouth. Being upside down, hanging in the sky was not fun at all. I thought I was going to be sick. The most memorable second was the time just before and right after I jumped.

15、 Would I try to go bungee jumping again? I would say, Yes! again in the future if someone asked me to. Why? Here she talks about her target for 2012 and her training routine.Eleanor: I have to win. Comi

18、ng second is not an option. I trained every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday morning and afternoon. I have to be at the pool at 6 am., but I find it easy to get up now. I started swimming when I was five.- I just liked it. I realized I was fast and I like winning.My typical week? On Monday fro

19、m 6-7.45am, I swim 3,500m. Then I go to school for the day. Training starts again from 3.30-5.30pm. I practise step-ups to strengthen my knees. Then I swim 4,000m. On Tuesday training starts after school at 3.30pm. On Wednesday I have another moring session of 3,500m before school. Before my afterno

20、on session I have 15 minutes stretching followed by 4,000m swimming. I have Thursday morning off, then an afternoon session of 4,000m. On Friday I am up early again for more swimming-a total of 3,500m. In the afternoon I swim 4,000m. My Saturday sessions mean swimming 4,000m. I dont swim on Sunday.

And on 25th January, 2014 Li Na won the slam of Aisa/Pacific, as the Australian Open likes to call itself, beating Dominika Cibulkkova from Slovakia.
