1、防守原则及防守阵形 防守原则防守原则: 是当一个队失掉控球权时每个队员必须遵守的确定个人基本行为方式的准则。这些原则指出了在对方一次进攻的整个防守过程中，守方在不同时间和不同场区应该完成的战术任务和要求，以及需要采取的方法和手段。防守原则延缓纵深-保护集中-收缩平衡控制及限制开始防守组织防守保护球门防守防守 1/3中场中场 1/3进攻进攻 1/3- 对对手实施高压对对手实施高压 - 做好保护做好保护- 把对手限制在把对手限制在 危险区外危险区外- 限制对手有效限制对手有效 的组织的组织- 限制向前传球限制向前传球- 延缓对手延缓对手- 使对手犯错误使对手犯错误- 把球挤向边路把球挤向边路1.

GOAL PROTECTIONIndividual tactical defending behaviour - the actual situation of when and how to use means of combating is one of tactics and depends largely o
12、n the tactics of the opponent, but the defender must not allow himself to be provoked by the opponent.Full concentration - every player must concentrate on the game so that he can recognize dangerous situations during the whole match3. GOAL PROTECTIONCombating in the 1v1 situation - near and in the penalty area the ball has to be won latest from the player in possession otherwise the opponent is likely be score. The defender must be in perfect balance and apply a challenge to the striker at the right time when he has an excellent chance of winning the ball.
