1、Sample Test2004年新版高校英语专业八级考试大纲对人文知识提出了明确要求：1能基本了解主要英语国家的历史、地理、现状、文化传统等。2能初步具备英语文学知识。3能初步具备英语语言学知识。上述几点要求简明扼要地涵盖了测试的主要方面。我们从2004年新版高校英语专业八级考试大纲所附的样题中，文学、语言学和英美概况(具体包括历史、地理、文化、宗教等基本史地文化知识)等分别所占的比较大致如下：文学：30，语言学：30，史、地、及文化知识共占：40。从2005年全国八级统测的全真题中，我们也发现：前面4题(即从第31题到34题)是史地文化知识部分，从第35题开始到第37题问及英美小说、诗歌等方
2、面的内容，从第38题开始到第40题问及语言学方面的内容(详见2005年专八人文真题)。全真题与样题除前后顺序不一样外，各项所占比例完全是一样的。由此我们可得出如下结论：在未来的试卷中，如果事先未说明或通知，大体也将围绕这几方面并按此比例出试题。人文知识这部分包括的内容十分广泛(具体考试内容请点击参看专业八级考试人文知识考试内容总结)，不可能用几篇文章体现出来。所以只可能直接采用选择题的形式，检查学生的人文知识。具体来说，试卷将采用多项选择题形式，要求学生从四个选择项中选出一个最合适的答案。本部分共有10道试题。31._isthecapitalcityofCanada.A.VancouverB.
