16、季节性施工技术措施本工程施工工期拟定为450 天,施工中将经历雨季和高温季节及冬季施工,为保证施工正常进行 ,特制定季节性施工技术措施如下：一、雨季施工措施成都气候暑期多雨，降雨多集中在八、九月，形成明显雨季，针对此气候特点，合理制定雨季施工技术措施以确保施工生产顺利进行，确保工程质量， 同时对现场工地宿舍、食堂、库房、办公室、机具棚等全面检查和维修，做好防淋防漏工作重点抓好以下工作: （一）做好现场排水系统， 将地面及场院内雨水及时排入指定排放处。在塔吊基础四周，道路两侧及建筑物四周设排水沟，保证水流通畅，雨后场地不陷、不滑、不存水。管道入口，窗洞，楼梯口等处设挡水设施。（二）所有机械棚搭设
17、严密,防止漏雨 ,机电设备采取防雨，防淹措施，安装接地装置。接地保护装置灵敏有效，各种电线防浸水漏电。（三）在暴风雨季节，大风，雨后上班前，专业质安员对班组进行安全交底并班组检查脚手架连结是否牢靠。（四）雨季施工中，在工程质量上注意如下事项：1、砌体不得过湿，防止发生墙体滑移，加强对已完砌体垂直度和标高的复核工作。2、浇筑框架砼时，先了解 23 日内的天气情况，避开大雨浇砼遇雨时，立即搭设防雨棚，用防水材料覆盖已浇好的砼。3、遇大雨停止外装修，砌体工程施工，作好成品防雨覆盖措施，雨后及时修补受损的已完成品及半成品。4、对砂，石含水量及时测量，并及时调整现场砂浆配合比。5、加强对原材料的覆盖防潮

70、施根据砼结构工程及施工验收规范 （GBJ5020492）的规定：当预计连续十天平均气温低于5或当日最低气温低于 -3时，应按冬期施工规定进行施工。1、砼工程应优选硅酸盐水泥或普通硅酸盐水泥，水泥标号不低于425#，最小水泥用量不小于 300Kg/m3，水灰比不大于0.6。掺入早强型减水剂。延长拌合时间，应是常温拌合时间的1.5 倍。采取蓄热法养护，即用塑料薄膜加草袋覆盖。砼试块的留置，应比常温施工时增加不少于两组同结构同条件养护的试件。砼在受冬临界强度内要扒迟拆模时间，若已拆模，可利用螺栓孔洞穿铁丝挂草垫，采用塑料薄膜覆盖，以减少砼水分、温度散失。2、砌体和抹灰施工砌体和抹灰砂浆在5气温下使用
