What is he doing?What are they doing?2、现在分词和动名词(两者都是动词的ing形式)(1)现在分词常见于现在进行时，出现在be动词后。如:We are having a party.(2)动名词常用于一些固定搭配，如:go swimming, go fishing, like dancing, be good at
10、cooking表示爱好时，要用动名词，如:My hobbies are singing and drawing.动名词可以做主语，标题，如:Doing exercise is a good way to keep fit.做操是减肥的好方法。(3)现在分词修饰名词时，表示动作正在发生。如: a swimming boy一个正在游泳的男孩，a sleeping child一个正在睡觉的孩子。动名词修饰名词时，表示该名词的用途，如:a swimming suit 一件游泳衣，a sleeping car卧车(被用来睡觉的车厢)3. That smells nice.(1) that 文中指meat
11、，是不可数名词，因此主语作为三单使用，smell 加s。(2)smell是感官系动词，后面可以直接+形容词，意思是“闻起来”。如:This cake smells good. These flowers smell sweet感官系动词还有:look(看起来),sound(听起来),taste(尝起来)，feel(感觉)。4.动词不定式(部分用法)(1) want to do sth= would like to do sth想要做某事如;I want to cook some soup.(2) cant wait to do sth等不及做某事如:Helen cant wait to go

Its yummy.(1) how常用于询问某人、某事或某物的状态或情况，意思是“怎么样”。如:Hows Tom?汤姆怎么样?Hows the weather today?今天天气怎么样?(2)yummy 是“很好吃”的意思。近义词有:delicious(指色香味都好),tasty(强调口味新鲜)，nice(使用范围广，意思模糊)6.cook(1)名词，表示“厨师，做饭的人”。如:a fat cook.文中Youre a great co
