2、ceptsofaprocessandanactivity,theauditorcanbrieflyexplainthedifferencesbyusingtheguidance(clause2.4)anddefinition(3.4.1)inISO9000asbackgroundinformation.Theauditormustbeabletoadapttotheauditeessituation.Itistheauditorsresponsibilitytounderstandtheauditeessystemsandapproach.如果审核员不能从概念上区别过程和活动的话，那么，就利用
