2、发展就成了具有重大理论和现实意义的研究课题。 转基因技术的伦理道德问题是国内外科技哲学研究中的一个热点问题，它的发展与应用涉及生命伦理、生态伦理等伦理范畴，是当代科技伦理学研究的重要对象。文章分四个部分展开论述。第一章，主要介绍转基因技术。文章首先对与转基因技术相关的基因、基因工 程等概念作了界定，然后通过对转基因技术、杂交技术、克隆技术三者概念的解释，分别分析转基因技术与杂交技术和克隆技术的区别与联系。接着，文章概述了转基因技术的发展史，并从转基因技术应用国家和领域两个方面用数据直观分析转基因技术在全球各国的发展现 状，从中可以看出转基因技术对人类社会生活的影响。第二章，立足于转基因技术的特
3、点，阐述其对整个自然界生命、人、社会及生态环境造成的负面影响，展开分析当前转基因技术引发的主要伦理道德问题。转基因技术打破自然界物种间的天然屏障，改变物种进化的速度，是对生命价值的否定，侵犯了生命的神圣性；转基因技术可以对人的基因进行操作和选择，甚至能在人和动物之间实现基因转换，模糊了人性，是对人的尊严和基本权利的侵犯；转基因技术被掌控在少数人手中，由此带来的利益分配不均问题给社会公平和公正提出了挑战；转基因技术应用于农作物生产，打破了物竞天择，适者生存的进化规律，是对生物多样性的破坏，引发生态伦理问题。对问题进行阐述后，文章在第三部分，从转基因技术本身的不确定性、经济利益的驱动和文化观念等层
