1、 设计计算 Abstract The designation is main for Nan Jing oil depot . It is a conventational designation . According to the full understanding of the topography and geoly of Lou Xia suberb of Nan Jing besides the work quantity .The designation contains the light oil tank region and heavy oil tank region.

2、The light oil tank region contains 90# gasoline and93# gasoline , -10# diesel oil and -20# diesel oil. The 90# gasoline is transported into the oil deport by train and by petroleum pipeline out. The -20# diesel oil and -10# diesel oil are transported into oil deport by petroleum pipeline, when trans

3、ported out, a part of the diesel oil can flow free into the motor vehicle, the oil tanker and the oil drum and the others are transported by train according pump station to loading pier. In order to satisfy these, the loading pier is designed 42-meter-long. The loading pier can work by two sides. Th

4、ere are the same two centrifugal pumps as 6sh-9 are chosen to work. The heavy oil tank region contains heavy diesel oil and fuel oil. All of them are transported into oil deport by petroleum pipeline and transported out by train. So a 102-meter-long loading pier and 42-meter-long loading pier are de

5、signed for the two oils. There are centrifugal pumps as 8sh-9A are chosen to work. The designation process are as follows: according to original information and data , storagetanks volume and quantity ,load and unload of the equipment .Then the picture of oil depot is originally design.The second st

6、ep , according to assignable conditions , we will perform pipelines waterpower calcualation , select pumps and inspect .the third step,technology system and pumphouse install designed . The designations introduction are as follow :the key plane figure , oil depot technology systerm , fire of oil dep

8、n at the maxlimitation . it makes technology pipelines and transport pipelines most shorten . pipeline and field should be contract . such as economical investment , insured operation in safety , economical sdminstraction fee , technology system should be both simple and advisable . to some contract

10、 figure; technology systerm; pumphouse 摘要这个设计包括轻油罐区和重油罐区,轻油罐区包括90#汽油、93#汽油、-10#柴油、-20#柴油。90#和93#汽油由输油管运进,铁路运进。-20#柴油、-10#柴油由输油管运进,自流装船、装汽车、装桶。根据以上工艺流程,轻油装卸作业线长度42米,重油装卸作业线长度102米,可单侧布置,泵的型号为6sh-9和8sh-9A。本设计是在了解南京楼霞区地形、地貌等条件下,综合降雨量、降雪量、风向以及长江水域水文地质状况,在综合生产作业量条件下进行的一次综合性的常规油库设计。设计过程如下:根据原始资料、数据进行基础设计。计

11、算出储油罐容积、个数、装卸油设施。然后,进行油库平面图的初步布置,再根据布置的情况进行管路水利计算、选泵、及校核,然后进行流程和泵房安装设计,最后进行辅助设施计算。 本设计对如下内容进行了说明:总图布置、油库工艺流程概述、油库的消防、防火防爆、防雷及防静电设施。人员的编制。 绘图部分是设计的关键、设计的思想意图、内容都通过图纸来体现。油库总图布置最大限度的满足生产需要,缩短工艺管线和运输管线,减少占地和投资,保证安全作业,节约管理费用等原则下进行设计,流程图简单合理并在一定程度上考虑了油库的扩建。安装图严格按照设计规范设计,准确体现了油库泵房、管、阀件、泵等输油设备的尺寸和安装位置。 关键词:
