2、与承租人的权利义务，经两方协商一致，签订本合同。InaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsoftheCivilCodeofthePeoplesRepublicofChinaandonthebaseoftheprincipleofequalityandmutualbenefit,andforthepurposeofdefinitionoftherightsandobligationsofthelessorandthelessee,thiscontractisconcludedandsignedbyconsensusbetweenthepartieshereto.第

6、dmaterialsbythelesseeattheendoftheleaseperiod.第六条租赁物资交付的时间、地点及验收方法Article 7 Timezplaceandacceptancemethodofdeliveryofleasedmaterials第七条租赁物资的保管与维修Article 8 Storageandmaintenanceofleasedmaterials一、承租人对租赁物资要妥善保管。租赁物资返还时，双方检查验收,如因保管不善造成租赁物资损坏、丢失的，要按照双方议定的租赁物资缺损赔偿办法，由承租人向出租人偿付赔偿金。1. 7、leasedmaterialsproperly.Thepartiesshallzuponthereturnoftheleasedmaterials,makecheckandacceptancethereof;ifanydamagedorlostfoundintheleasedmaterials,thelesseeshallpaythecompensationtothelessorinaccordancewiththeCompensationMeasuresfortheDefectoftheLeasedMaterialsagreeduponbybothparties.二、租赁时期，租赁物资的维修
8、及费用由人承担。2. Duringtheleaseperiod,themaintenanceandcostsoftheleasedmaterialsshallbebornebythe.第八条出租人更改Article 8 Changeofthelessor一、在租赁时期，出租人如将租赁物资所有权转移给第三人，应正式通知承租人，租赁物资新的所有权人即成为本合同的当然出租人。1. 9、essee,andthenewowneroftheleasedmaterialsshallbecometheexofficiolessorofthiscontract.二、在租赁时期，承租人未经出租人同意，不得将租赁物资转让、转租给第三人使用，也不得变卖或作抵押品。2. 11、.未按时间提供租赁物资，应向承租人偿付违约期租金一的违约金。1 .Thelesseeshallbereimbursedwiththeliquidateddamagesof%forthedefaultperiodduetofailuretoprovidetheleasedmaterialsattheagreedtime.2 .未按质量提供租赁物资,应向承租人偿付违约期租金一的违约金。Thelesseeshallbepaidtheliquidateddamagesof%ofthedefaultperiodrentforfailingtoprovidetheleasedmaterialsaccord
12、ingtothequality.3 .未按数量提供租赁物资，致使承租人不能如期正常使用的，除按规定如数补齐外，还应偿付违约期租金的违约金。3. Ifthelesseefailstoprovidetheleasedmaterialsinquantity,whichmakethelesseefailstousethesamenormallyasscheduled,inadditiontomakethedeliverythereinfull,theliquidateddamagesof%oftherentforthedefaultperiodshallalsobepaid.4. 其他违约行为：o二、
13、承租人违约责任：5. Otheractsofbreachofcontract:1.不按时交纳租金，应向出租人偿付违约期租金一%的违约金。1. Thelessorshallbereimbursedwithliquidateddamagesof%fortheperiodofdefaultduetonon-paymentofrent.2. 逾期不返还租赁物资,应向出租人偿付违约期租金的违约金。3. Iffailureofreturningtheleasedmaterialswithinthetimelimit,thelessorshallbepaidaliquidateddamagesof%ofth
14、erentforthedefaultperiod.3.如有转让、转租或将租赁物资变卖、抵押等行为，除出租人有权解除合同邛艮期如数收回租赁物资外，承租人还应向出租人偿付违约期租金的违约金。4. Incaseofassignment,sublettingorsellingormortgagingoftheleasedmaterials,thelesseeshall,inadditiontothelessorsrighttoterminatethecontractandtakebacktheleasedmaterialsinfullwithinacertainperiodoftime,paytoth

Otherbreachofcontract:第十二条本合同在履行过程中发生的争议，由双方当事人协商解决；也可由当地工商行政管理部门调解；协商或调解不成的，按以下第一种方式解决：Article12Anydisputearisinginthecourseoftheperformanceofthiscontractshallbesettledbythepartiesthroughconsultation;mayalsobemediatedbythelocaladmini
