11、 in our County serves nearly 30 cars for private purposes, only the first half of this year, cars for private purposes or光荣电子工业（苏州）有限公司 第三期建设工程 施工组织设计第一章、工 程 概 况一、 总体概况光荣电子工业（苏州）有限公司第三期建设工程，工程位于苏州市高新区湘江路1458号光荣电子工业（苏州）有限公司厂区内。本工程由工场、连廊、门卫室、垃圾站、泵房及消防水池、发电机房组成。工场为地上二层，屋面为钢结构屋面；连廊、门卫室、发电机房、消防泵房及垃圾站均为一层
12、，其中连廊为钢结构。本工程基地用地面积为5312.13平方米。总建筑面积为9848.55平方米。其中：工场建筑面积9307.82平方米，连廊建筑面积153.92平方米, 门卫室建筑面积69.05平方米，垃圾站建筑面积165.6平方米，消防泵房建筑面积51.68平方米，发电机房建筑面积100.48平方米。本工程设计标高0.000相当于绝对标高3.9m；门卫室0.000相当于绝对标高3.90m；消防泵房0.000相当于绝对标高3.90m；发电机房0.000相当于绝对标高3.9m；垃圾站0.000相当于绝对标高3.80m。本工程由北京都林国际工程设计咨询有限公司设计，目前现场三通一平工作已基本具备，
13、符合开工条件。二、 设计概况1. 本工程屋面结构采用钢结构，按6度抗震烈度设防，三级抗震等级。本工程三期扩建工场基础结构形式为独立承台基础，总数为72只；其中JC1(2600*2600)2只、JC2(3000*3000)13只、JC3(3300*3300)35只、JC4(3700*3600)1只、JC5(4200*4200)13只、JC6(1700*1200)6只、JC7(4200*3000)1只、JC7a（4200*3000）1只。门卫室、连廊、垃圾站、泵房及消防水池均为条型基础。本工程采用C30混凝土，电梯井采用C30抗渗混凝土、等级为P6。2. 本工程工场0以下采用MU10页岩砖，M5水
14、泥砂浆砌筑，0以上采用MU7.5混凝土空心砌块，M5混合砂浆砌筑，电梯井壁采用MU15混凝土空心砌块，M7.5混合砂浆砌筑。3. 楼地面种类为： 1) 地面部分：水泥砂浆地面、聚氨酯油漆地面、环氧涂料地面、300*300防滑地砖地面(有防水)、防滑地砖地面。2) 楼面部分：水泥砂浆楼面、架空活动地板楼面、水泥砂浆上环氧地面漆自流平楼面、300*300防滑地面楼面、聚氨酯油漆楼面。4. 屋面为：本工程屋面彩钢板不上人保温屋面。5. 外墙面为：白色、蓝灰色涂料外墙。6. 内墙面为：乳胶漆墙面、面砖防水墙面、玻璃吸音墙面。7. 门窗为：钢制自动图拉门、钢制甲级防火固定窗、铝合金中间固定两侧推拉窗、铝
15、合金推拉窗、铝合金框单侧固定单侧推拉窗、四扇平开窗。第二章、工程承包范围根据建设单位提供的招标文件，本工程的施工范围为：1、工场工程的土建工程、电气工程、给排水工程、采暖通风工程、动力工程的施工、设备采购、安装。2、门卫室工程的土建工程、电气工程、给排水工程、采暖工程的施工、设备采购、安装。3、垃圾站工程的土建工程、电气工程、给排水工程的施工、设备采购、安装。4、泵房及消防水池工程的土建工程、电气工程、给排水工程的施工、设备采购、安装。5、发电机房工程的土建工程、电气工程、给排水工程的施工、设备采购、安装。6、连廊工程的钢结构工程的施工、设备采购、安装。7、室外道路、给水、雨水、污水、热力、路
16、灯等扩建改造工程的施工、设备采购、安装。8、业主要求的一期、二期厂房部分改造工程的施工。第三章、现场环境条件1. 场地目前，施工现场场地范围内“三通一平”工作已经完成。2. 道路根据施工现场的实际情况，施工现场的主要出入口由业主大门出入，用彩钢板围墙将施工区与厂区隔开。将正式道路路基完成作为施工用临时道路，根据建设单位提供的场地进行部分临时设施的搭设。3. 施工临时用水、用电本工程施工现场临时用水、用电因在现场无明显位置，在工程开工后，根据建设单位提供的临时用水、用电源按照实际情况进行调整，原则上临时用水、用电顺围墙布置。4施工现场布置：见附页现场平面布置图第四章、总体施工布置和管理保证一、 总体安排 1. 施工时遵循“先地下、后地上、先结构、后装饰”的施工原则。在施工中,流水段的施工搭接必须密切
