2、推进，塑料编织袋逐渐成为居民生活和工业生产中不可或缺的一部分，但是在带给我们便利的同时，塑料编织袋的使用也给环境带来了巨大的压力。“白色污染”已经成为我国不少城市急需解决的难题。本文主要针对海星水泥包装实业有限公司情况进行研究，熟悉现场的生产工艺，对其工艺进行污染分析，找出主要的污染源。通过广泛的资料搜集和研究，在深入了解我国塑料编织袋发展概况的情况下，针对现场污染的情况，提出适合企业实际情况的控制措施，为企业提供可行性的方案，最终改善企业的污染情况，减少对环境的污染，达到带动这个行业的发展的目的，从而实现清洁生产的目标。关键词：塑料编织袋； 生产工艺；污染分析； 控制措施；IAbstract

Since 1966, has developed a plastic bag so far, rapid product development, has formed a assortment of variety, complete size products, quality has reached the level of similar products abroad, has a certain competitiveness in the internat

China plastic woven bag industry a wide range of applications involving vegetables and other agricultural products, packaging, food packaging, geotechnical engineering, tourism, transportation, household items, and other industries. According to the latest data released by the China sh
7、ow that plastic bags in 2011 of Asia reached 17.322 billion yuan market scale, an increase of 13.05%. Plastic woven bags made of polypropylene and polyethylene raw materials generally fall into, both of these materials are also widely used in various types of packaging products, produced the product
8、s due to the low cost and relatively high compressive strength and so on has been vigorously applied. Plastic woven bag production process is relatively simple, relatively low entry threshold, causing plastic bag manufacturers mostly small and informal, the production of plastic bags are often uneve
9、n, recovery is difficult, and caused great harm to the environment. How to reduce the use of plastic bags and discarded, increasing resource utilization, is the key to resolve the current conflict.
