3、时态。be used to do sth. 被用于做某事，不定式表示目的，可用于多种时态。be used for doing sth. 被用来做某事。used to do sth 过去常常做某事（现在不做了），只用于过去时态。eg. He will be ( has been)used to getting up early. 他将会（已经）习惯于早起。 Wood is used to make paper. / Wood is used for making paper.木材被用来制纸。 He used to be a quiet boy. 他过去是个不太爱说话的男孩。（现在不这样了）4.
