2、基础。本次设计的工程项目为万宁中学新校区（高中部）学生宿舍，建设单位为万宁中学，建设地点为万宁市。本工程为6层钢筋混凝土框架结构，室外筑成地面到大屋面高度为22.050m。设计基本抗震加速度值0.05g，设计地震分组为第一组，设计基本抗震设防烈度为6，本工程属于乙类建筑，框架抗震等级为三级，基础为条形基础，建筑面积为3633.25，建筑占地面积为610.45，建筑高度为23.45m。基本风压为0.85KN/，地面粗糙度为B类，建筑场地类别为类，建筑场地地基无液化土层分布。建筑结构安全等级为二级，结构的设计使用年限为五十年，砌体机构施工质量等级为B级。本工程的工程量的计算是手工算量，目的熟悉有关
