10、ateinthetubebox,itsgasketsshallbemachinedmonolithically,andshallbefreeofanydefectsthatmayaffectthesealing.3.3.3 Whenblockingleakingtubesoftubebundles,onthesametubeside,thenumberoftubesbeingblockedtostopleakingshallnotexceed10%ofthetotalnumberofthetubes.Withintheallowedrangeofprocessindex,thenumberof
11、blockedtubesmaybeincreasebyanappropriateamount.3.3.4 Allthepartsandcomponentsusedshallconformtotherelevanttechnicalspecifications,andshallbeprovidedwithcertificateofcomplianeeformaterials.3.3.5 Replacingtubebundles3.3.5.1 Thetubesurfaceshallbefreeofsuchdefectionsascracks,folds,double-skin,etc.3.3.5.
12、2 Whenitisnecessarytosplicethetubes,onlyoneweldingjointasmaximumisallowedonthesameheatexchangingtube(U-tubemayhavetwoweldingjoints).Theminimumtubelengthshallbenolessthan300mmandnoweldingjointsforsplicingshallnotbeallowedwithintheelbowsectionofU-tube,whilethelengthofstraighttubesectionshallbenolessth
13、an50mm,andtheunfitnessofbuttjointshallnotexceed15%ofthetubewallthicknessandnotbegreaterthan0.5mm.3.3.5.3 Testthehardnessofthetubes.Normallyitisrequiredthatthehardnessofthetubeshallbe30HBlowerthanthatofthetubesheet.Incasethetubehardnessishigherthanorclosertothetubesheethardness,theannealingtreatments
14、hallbemadetothetwoendsofthetubes.Thetubelengthsubjectedtotheannealingtreatmentshallbe80mm100mmlongerthanthethicknessofthetubesheet.3.3.5.4 Theendsofthetubeshallbecleanandfreeofgreaseanddirt,andshallnothaveanydefectsthatmayaffectthetightnessoftheexpandedjoints,suchaspenetrated,longitudinalorspiralsco
