1、摘 要随着网络技术尤其是基于浏览器的 WEB技术的迅速发展，人们越来越多的通过WEB进行各种各样的活动，从电子商务到各种公共信息服务等等。这种基于Browser/Server结构的系统提供的服务方便、快捷，是人们快速获得各种服务的理想途径。航空售票系统正是在这种背景下应运而生。 本系统开发是以Dreamweaver、和SQL SERVER 2008数据库来开发的为开发工具进行面向对象程序设计，系统中的所有模块均利用 JSP、Servlet技术和先进的数据库连接池技术进行开发。本文首先对系统开发目标和用户需求进行了分析，然后给出系统的总体设计方案。系统主要包含的模块是：用户信息管理、管理员模块、
2、用户留言模块、订退票模块、查询模块等。各个模块都分前端网页设计和后台数据库管理，在以JSP技术设计好前端网页的基础上，利用ODBC-JDBC桥访问后台数据库，对数据进行查询、修改、删除等操作，以功能模块为单位详细叙述了航空售票系统的实现过程。该系统要解决的是机票预定管理中所要解决的问题，可以满足航空售票系统的基本要求。能根据用户的需求，快捷方便的为用户提供服务。关键词 WEB技术；JSP；Servlet；系统设计；航空售票系统AbstractWith the fast development of network technology especially based on web brows
