11、g the experience of ims leader management / 有ims综合管理系统的管理阅历 c. work experience - technical knowledge / 工作经验 - 专业学问 -at least 3 years of experience in aerospace industry or equivalent in similar position / 至少从事三年航空或者相关产业的工作 -certification of quality and environmental management systems as9100, iso900
12、1, iso14001, ohsas, etc. / 熟识质量与环境的认证,如 as9001, iso14001, ohsas,等。 -certified internal auditor on management systems / 认证的管理系统内部审计师 d. professional skills / 专业技能 -project management / 曾担当项目经理 -ms office and planning tools proficiency / 能娴熟运用办公软件与设计工具 -manufacturing environment related skills / 具备与制造
13、环境相关的技术 e. desirable aspects / 志向条件 -knowing as9100 is desirable / 了解as9100者更佳 工程综合装修班工作范围、岗位职责 (一)综合装修班工作范围: 1、负责家具、木器的修理和翻新; 2、负责墙纸、地毯、天花、玻璃等各种装修的修理; 3、负责墙壁、天花、金属结构的油漆翻新; 4、负责大理石、云石、瓷片饰面的修补; 5、负责土建结构方面渗漏水处理; 6、负责酒店各类门锁的安装和修理; 7、在力所能及的状况下,担当酒店部分装修改造工程和木器家具的制作或改造。 (二)综合装修工岗位职责: 1、遵守员工守则,严格执行各种规章制度; 2、听从派工支配,仔细细致、保质按时完成工作任务。工作中发觉问题刚好请示报告; 3、酷爱本职工作,努力学习技术,不断提高业务水平,做到一专多能; 4、严格遵守操作规程,正确处理各种机具,并做到勤保养、善保管; 5、遇有抢修任务时,主动参与抢修,未完成不得下班,如当时不能修复的工作要妥当处理,以确保酒店正常营业和酒店装修格调的完备; 6、树立剧烈的酒店意识,文明施工,来宾至上。修理工作时,尽量不影响客人,公共场所施工设施工广告牌或加设围栏。自觉做好施工现场收尾工作,保持酒店的美丽环境。
