1、摘 要信息技术的出现，很大程度的改变了我们的生活方式和生活质量，也影响了医药行业的发展。在日常生活中，医疗产业和我们的健康息息相关，影响着人们的生活质量。在我国，由于很多基层医疗机构资金和技术方面的缺乏，很多地方仍然使用传统的手工方式进行工作，这不仅降低了工作效率，同时也增加了出错的概率。从医务人员的角度来说，在繁琐的事情上浪费过多的时间，是非常没有价值的，而这些计算、归类、整理等工作，完全可以通过现代化计算机技术代替。从病人的角度来说，人工处理效率低，延长了病人等待的时间；从医院的角度来看，大量重复的工作产生了人力资源的浪费，提高了医院管理的成本，非常不利于医院的进一步发展。通过上述分析可以
2、发现，目前在医院引进信息系统具有非常大的价值，同时也具有很好的应用前景。如今，我国信息化水平不断提高，各行各业通过计算机和信息技术进行改革与创新，医疗行业的信息化进程也是不可避免的，是未来的发展趋势。医院信息系统(Hospital Information System，HIS)，是医疗行业进行信息化变革的重要表现。由于HIS系统具有很高的效率，能够优化医院管理的各个环节，降低医疗事故的发生概率，降低病人缴费的等待时间等等。本文主要以医院信息系统为例，对系统进行详细的设计与分析，并且进行实现，最后进行系统测试，保证了系统功能的健壮性和稳定性，具体研究内容如下：首先，论文分析了HIS系统的研究背景
3、及意义，并且对国内外相关研究进行总结和分析。其次，对系统的主要技术以及数据库进行分析，选择SQLServer作为主要数据库。接着对系统需求进行详细分析，对院长、药物管理员、医务管理员等近十个用户角色进行分析，最终完成了系统的设计与实现。从软件的角度来说，医院信息管理系统的开发是非常复杂的，尤其是医院涉及部门较多，业务流程相对复杂，所以必须要保证全面、合理的进行系统分析，才能保证系统的有效性和实用性。本文开发的医院信息管理系统，对于医院信息化进程有一定的借鉴意义，同时在一定程度上也能提高医院管理的效率。关键词：信息技术；医疗产业；医院信息系统；HIS；设计与实现AbstractThe emerg

Through the above analysis, it can be found that the introduction of information system in hospital has a very large value, but also has a very good applica

This paper mainly on the hospital information system as an example, the system were detailed design and analysis, and implementation, the system test, to ensure the robustness and stability of the system function, the specific contents are as follows:Fi
11、rst of all, the paper analyzes the research background and significance of the HIS system, and summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad. Secondly, the main technology of the system and the analysis of the database, select SQLServer as the main database. Then the system needs to carry on t
12、he detailed analysis, to the Dean, the medicine manager, the medical manager and so on nearly ten user roles to carry on the analysis, finally completed the system design and the realization. From the point of view of software and the development of hospital information management system is very com
13、plex, especially hospital involves many departments, business process is relatively complex, so we must to ensure comprehensive, reasonable carries on the system analysis, system to ensure the validity and practicability. The hospital information management system developed in this paper can be used
