1、Unit One My New Teachers 课时:First Period一、学生分析1.本课教学的对象是六年级(1)(2)班的学生,他们活泼好动,学习积极性高,表现欲强,富有想象力和创造力。2.学习本课前,学生已具备以下能力,(1)掌握了描述人物外貌特征的一些单词和句子。(2)能用简单的语言描述人物。二、教材分析1Unit One ,My New Teachers 的第一课时,内容包括:Part A Lets chant, Lets learn, Lets find out.内容贴近学生生活的实际,语言材料真实具体,让学生乐学易学,通过本课的学习,可以为下课时的对话学习做好铺垫,为四会
2、句型的掌握奠定基础。 2.教学重点:Lets learn 部分的单词,old, short, thin, tall ,strong, young, funny, kind 。要求学生在学习过程中能结合所给举行替换关键词,在情景中学习新单词,并逐步学会听,说读,写单词。3.教学难点:句型“Whos your ? Whats he/she like?”的理解和正确运用。三、教学目标 1.知识目标:(1)能听懂,会说:本课的8个四会单词old, short, thin, tall ,strong, young ,funny ,kind 。(2)掌握“Whos your ? Whats he/she
3、like?”句型,并能在具体环境中运用。2.能力目标:(1)培养学生初步的听,说,读,写的能力.(2)通过游戏,情景教学等活动,培养学生的表达能力,合作能力,组织协调能力等培养学生合作学习意识。3.情感目标: 培养学生热爱,尊敬老师的情感。四、教学策略1.本节课使用任务型,活动教学和交际法,使学生能够主动地,有兴趣的进行学习,积极运用所学知识进行交际,从而达到英语学习的目标。2. 课前准备的材料:图片、录音机。五、教学过程Step 1.Warm- up (1)Lets do.T: Hello, everyone. Today is a great day. Nice to see you. L
4、ets move our body ,and take it easy. Now ,Lets do .Tall, tall, tall ,make yourself tall.Big, big, big ,make your eyes big.Long, long, long, make your arms long.Short, short, short, make yourself short.Small ,small, small, make your eyes small.Short, short, short, make your arms short.(活动目的:通过听听,说说,做
5、做,复习各个形容词,起到热身作用,活跃课堂气氛,使学生注意力集中到课堂上。) (2)采用图片的形式:将各个老师的相片贴到相应的教室里。T: Who is he/she?Ss: He/she is our Music/ Art/ Computer/ P.E. teacher(1) Make a new Chant : Tall, tall, tall, Computer teacher is tall.Short, short, short, Music teacher is short. Thin, thin, thin, Art teacher is thin. Strong, strong
6、, strong, P.E. teacher is strong.Funny, funny, funny, theyre so funny.(根据以前学过的描述人物的形容词,自然过渡到新知识,结合呈现的教师自编一个Chant 营造课堂活跃气氛,保持学生的学习热情,培养学生良好的语音,语调,语感。)Step 2.Presentation(1)T :Hello, Today my friend come to see me .And he wants to make friends with you .Do you want to meet him. Ss:Yes. ( 多媒体出现卡通人物小新,)
7、Xiaoxin:Hello,Im Xiaoxin. Ss:Hello, Xiaoxin.Xiaoxin: I am glad to be your new friend.This is a picture of my school. (以卡通人物蜡笔小新这个大家都熟悉的卡通人物介绍自己的老师来学习新单词,激发学生的学习兴趣。)(2) Xiaoxin:Look,This is my English teacher.Shes tall and thin.(教师在旁运用体态语,帮助学生理解词义。) T:Whos your math teacher ? Xiaoxin假装听不清,教师适时让全班学生一起
8、问他:Whos your math teacher ? Xiaoxin:Mr Zhao.Hes strong.( 教师在旁做动作,帮助学生理解词义。)T Point to Mr Zhao and say : Whats he like ? Can you tell me ?Ss:Hes strong.T:Yes ,hes strong.(同时用夸张的体态语表示)T Point to the English teacher and say : Whats she like ? Ss:Shes tall and thin.与其同时教师板书,thin, strong, Whats he like ?
9、Hes strong. 紧随后,教师通过展示一些图片,如大象,猴子,舞蹈家,歌星,运动员等,适时用Whats he/she like ? Hes/Shes strong/thin.进行问答,帮助学生更好的掌握thin, strong。(3)The same way learn the other words, Chinese teacher old ,kind;P.E.teacher young,funny. (通过情景,引入新知识,直观的图片对比帮助学生更好地理解新单词。) (4)T:So,We know about Xiaoxins teachers,Do you want to know
10、 Sarshs teacher ? Lets look and listen .学生听录音跟读,分小组读朗读。Step 3.Practice/Consolidation (1) Ask and answer with the classmates. T:Whats he/she like ? Ss:Hes/Shes . (Substitute this dialogue for an example.)(同桌对话,帮助学生运用句型,从而达到巩固句型的目的)。(2)Lets find out.多媒体呈现Lets find out图片和文字内容,引导学生通过朗读并照常关键词理解意思完成任务。(3)
11、Lets guess.T:Who can talk about one of your teachers ?And lets guess “Whos he/she?” 教师再让学生选择一位教师模仿Lets find out说一段话,让其他学生猜猜他是谁。在猜测的过程中,告诉学生:英美人士习惯称呼老师为Mr,Miss 和Mrs,而不是teacher.并且Mr,Miss 和Mrs后面都是紧跟上姓的,而不是名。(4)Lets chant. T:Lets enjoy a chant of P2.My math teacher is very smart.My English teacher has a
12、 kind heart.My P.E.teacher is very strong.My music teacher sings nice songs.They help us learn. They help us play.When school is over, I want to stay. (在朗朗上口的Chant下,让学生感受学习英语的乐趣。)Step 4.Homework.(1) Talk about your teachers with the words/sentences after class.(2) Complete the exercises in the activ
13、ity book ( 要求学生结合以前所学的英语,课下交流,达到语言的真正运用,培养学生的语言交际能力)板书: old, young, short, tall,thin ,strong, funny,kind Whos your math teacher? Mr.Hu.Whats he like? Hes short and thin .六、课后反思这节课,我首先通过听听,说说,做做,复习各个形容词,进行课前热身,活跃课堂气氛,使学生注意力集中到课堂上。再用歌谣复习以前学过的描述人物的形容词,自然过渡到新知识,既活跃了学习气氛,又能激发起学生的积极性。然后以卡通人物蜡笔小新这个大家都熟悉的卡通
14、人物介绍自己的老师来学习新单词,通过教师体态语与图片直观的对比,让学生更好地理解新单词意思, 课堂上运用多媒体呈现较真实的语言环境,吸引学生注意力,激发学生学习兴趣,让其积极开口说英语。激发学生学习的兴趣,使课堂变得有声有色,学生学得有滋有味。同时开展Pair work,Team work等活动,鼓励学生积极参与,大胆表现,让学生动口,动脑,合作完成情景活动的任务,从而提高学生综合运用语言的能力。本课的教学基本能完成教学任务,收到预期的目标,但是在以下方面仍有待进一步的完善:对于学生在学习新知识中出现的错误,生怕时间不够未能耐心地细细引导学生纠正错误,让个别学生有再次尝试的机会,影响了学生学习的自主性。
