2、费为根本的精益理念和精益生产方式已然成为现代中小加工 制造企业降低成产成本的一种有效方式。精益生产方式作为一种先进的生产经营理论， 是二战后日本汽车制造业遭遇到 “稀缺资 源”和“多品种、少批量”的市场制约的产物，其“精准、简约”的生产与“少投入大收益” 的结果获得了制造企业界的极力推崇， 对于改变我国中小加工制造企业的落后局面， 增强企 业的市场竞争力具有极其重要的意义。本文旨在分析库存管理理论及其发展的基础上， 进一步深入理解和根系精益思想和精益 生产方式， 并且在此基础上将精益思想和精益生产方式理念运用到中小制造企业库存管理的 改进与优化上， 重点探讨精益生产方式对供应链环境下企业库存管
