1、派出所所长工作总结-1派出所所长工作总结二0年一年来，我带着全所民警齐心协力，充分发扬连续奋战、攻坚克难的精神，以饱满的热情和高昂的斗志全力投入各项公安工作。一年来共处警246起，其中立刑事案件20起，破获10起；治安案件受理并查处35起，查处率100；抓获违法犯罪人员53人，调解民事纠纷278起。通过一年来的艰辛努力，一些严重危害辖区安宁稳定的治安隐患得以有效去除，打击和预防刑事犯罪的工作机制得到进一步完善，辖区人民群众的平安感有了明显的加强。一、狠抓队伍治理，增强效劳意识。为了坚持政治建警、从严治警，对法律负责，让人民满足。在强化队伍治理上下功夫，始终按照“严格执法、热情效劳”的指导思想，
2、作为全所民警行动的准那么。春节刚过，按照市局安排，组织民警认真开展了一年一度的集训和“五条禁令”的学习，通过集训和学习，全所民警以求真务实的态度认真查摆剖析了过去一年工作中存在的缺乏和缺点，结合本所实际，积极开展讨论，进一步修订了制度，完善了措施，理顺了思想，统一了熟悉，为做好20年的各项公安工作奠定了坚实的思想根底。二、加强根底基层工作，防患于未然。2、开展刑释解教人员的摸底排查工作。为了确保刑释解教人员的摸底排查工作有序的开展，2月26日，在已有的情报资料根底上，下队逐村展开询查，不漏掉一人一户，确保信息搜集全面、真实，并将此项工作与情报信息工作有机的结合起来，实行目的奖惩制，以此来推动两
3、项工作的进度。3、“五一”、“十一”期间，严格按照上级要求，以确保辖区稳定为工作目的，以巡逻防范、平安检查为重点，进一步加强了对社会面的控制。同时，亲密注视重点信访人员的动态，加大控管力度，确保了“五一”节日期间辖区的政治和社会稳定。4、进一步深化青少年帮教工作，大力完善对违法犯罪青少年的常态治理教育系统，更好地预防和减少青少年违法犯罪案件的发生。3月13日，我所严格按照“汉川帮教”的详细施行要求，充分结合自身实际，确定今年帮教对象共18名，对其帮教转化工作已获得良好成效。6、4月21日，我所对加强和改良治保会工作进展了进一步的研究部署，并就如何实在做到派出所对辖区治保会干部行使“三权”提出了

5、传和法制教育，教育学生学法、懂法、守法，降低在校学生的违法犯罪率。实行责任区民警负责制，上半年，先后3次深化校园为广阔师生进展法制教育讲座，受到了广阔师生的好评。以打促防，严厉打击各类刑事犯罪。一年来，本所共立刑事案件20起，破10起，其中破积案2起。20年1月7日晚，在麻河镇 村 组村民家中盗取现金5100余元，经市公安局刑事科学技术室技术人员对现场进展堪查，比对确定村民家中被盗现场手印为 的右手食指所留，当即将 刑事拘留。20年1月29日，麻河镇 村村长为收鱼池提留与村民发生冲突，村长将 小肠踢断。经麻河派出所民警调查询问， 对殴打刘望清一事供认不讳，麻河派出所对刘新国刑事拘留。20年2月
6、13日，孝昌藉妇女余某来所报称：其在麻河镇光明村地域被强奸。我迅速带着民警开展调查，根据余某提供的外貌特征，民警于次日将刘某抓获。回忆一年来的工作，尽管我所获得了一定的成绩，但是与上级公安机关、党委、政府和广阔辖区群众的期望与要求相距甚远。为确保我所各方面工作再上一个新的台阶，拟从以下几方面努力：一是不断加大打击违法犯罪的力度，强化队所协作机制，进一步进步破案率；二是深化开展社会治安秩序的整治工作，针对辖区暴露出来的治安问题要及时制定有效措施予以整治，防患于未然；三是大力完善治安防控体系，建立健全长效治理机制，确保社会治安秩序最终得到根本改变。prehensive coordination a
