4、ement date, and ensure the drawings are accurate and have the design depth to meet the construction requirements, and Party B shall keep the drawings confidential as required in the Terms of Agreement.二、甲方不能按第四条第一款约定提供全套图纸，将不能提供的图纸名称、提供期限列入本条款，并保证满足实施“施工综合进度计划”的需要。II. Provided that Party A which can
5、not provide the full set of drawings as specified in paragraph 1 of Article 4, shall include, in this article, the names of the drawings which cannot be provided and the period of time for provision thereof, in addition to ensure meeting the needs of the implementation of the Comprehensive Construct
6、ion Progress Schedule.三、甲方对图纸有特殊保密要求的，乙方采取相应的措施保密、由甲方承担费用。III. Where Party A has special confidentiality requirements for the drawings, Party B shall take appropriate measures to keep the same confidential and Party A shall bear the costs thereof.四、乙方要求增加图纸份数，甲方应按协议条款约定的时间予以复制、交付，费用由乙方承担。IV. Party A
7、 shall, upon Party Bs requirement of additional copies of the drawings, reproduce and deliver the same at Party Bs expense in accordance with the time specified in the Terms of Agreement.五、乙方未如约收到甲方提供的图纸，应在5天内将所需图纸或指示的内容、理由、时间及迟误后果通知甲方代表。甲方代表在乙方提交通知后2天内未答复，按第七条第二款约定处理。V. Provided that Party B fail t
8、o receive the drawings provided by Party A as agreed, it shall notify Party As representative, within five days, of the content, reason, time and consequences of delay of the required drawings or instructions. Where Party As representative fails to reply withintwo days upon Party Bs submission of th
9、e notice, the issue shall be dealt with as specified in Article 7(2).六、乙方发现甲方提供的图纸不完整、不准确或设计深度不能满足施工要求。应及时通知甲方代表，酌情按第四条第五款或第二十五条第一款约定处理。乙方对甲方提供的图纸有如上缺陷未发现，甲方仍应按第七条第二款或第二十五条第四款约定承担责任，并给付因此造成的修补、拆除、改建、重建等费用。VI. Provided that Party B finds the drawings provided by Party A incomplete, inaccurate or fail
10、ure of the design depth meet the construction requirements, it shall promptly notify Party As representative and deal with, as appropriate, the issues as specified in Article 4 (5) or Article 25(1). Where Party B fails to discover the defective as described above in the drawings provided by Party A,
11、 Party A shall still be liable as specified in Article 7(2) or Article 25(4), in addition to effect payment of the costs of repair, demolition, alteration, reconstruction, etc. therefrom.第四章质量与验收Chapter Four Quality and Acceptance第十四条 检查和返工 Article 14. Inspection and Rework一、乙方按相应的电力建设施工及验收技术规范、约定采用
12、的标准、设计的要求和甲方代表依据合同发出指令施工，随时接受甲方代表及其委派人员的检查检验，为检查检验提供便利条件，并按甲方代表及其委派人的要求进行返工、修改，承担由自身原因导致返工、修改的费用。因甲方不正确纠正或其它非乙方原因引起返工、修改的经济支出，由甲方承担，工期相应顺延。I. Party B shall carry out the construction in accordance with the Corresponding Technical Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Electricity Construc
13、tion, the standards agreed to be adopted, the requirements of the design and the instructions issued by Party As representative pursuant to the contracts specification, at any time, accept the inspection and inspection of Party As representative and its delegates, in addition to provide facilities f
14、or the inspection and check, and make reworking and modifications as required by Party As representative and its delegates, and bear the costs of reworking and modifications caused by itself. The economic expenses for rework or modification due to the incorrect correction by Party A or other non-Par
15、ty B reasons shall be borne by Party A and the work period shall be extended accordingly.二、以上检查合格后，又发现由乙方原因引起的质量问题，仍由乙方承担责任。II. The quality deficiency found due to Party Bs reason subsequence to passing of the above inspection shall be Party Bs responsibility thereof.三、以上检查检验应执行电力建设工程施工质量检验及评定标准等规定，
16、在不影响正常施工的前提下进行，如影响正常施工，除非经检查检验为质量不合格，因此发生的费用则由甲方承担，相应顺延工期。III. The above inspection and testing shall be conducted in accordance with the Construction Quality Inspection and Assessment Standards for Electricity Construction Projects and shall be conducted without affecting the normal construction, unless the inspection and testing is unqualified, and the costs
