1、 陕西城东建设工程有限公司办公楼工程量清单报价摘要本次毕业设计的任务是工程量清单报价的编制，其核心部分与首要工作是工程量的计算，在设计过程中，以建设工程计量与计价、工程量清单计价与规则为依据，按照陕西省建筑工程工程量清单计价办法进行，设计题目是陕西城东建设工程有限公司办公楼，建筑占地面积为563.96m2，总建筑面积为3032.45m2，建筑高度为23.40m，层数6层，建筑结构形式为框架结构，基础为独立基础，设计使用年限为50年，建筑结构按六度四级抗震设防，防火设计的建筑分类为二类多层建筑，其耐火等级二级，主要内容为土方工程、基础主体工程及装饰装修工程，实行工程量清单计价，工程量清单作为招标
