1、厦门航空公司系统运行控制的业务流程改造研究 摘 要航空公司系统运行控制(System operation control,简称 SOC)是当今国内外先进航空运输业比较成熟的运行控制管理模式。与国际先进民航运输管理模式相比,我国航空公司现有的运行管理水平普遍较低,已不能适应机队更新、航线延伸、市场拓展等方面的快速发展需要。因此,国内各航空公司有必要改造自己的系统运行控制模式。 本文剖析了厦门航空有限公司系统运行控制业务流程,研究以下几个方面内容: 1. 航空公司系统运行控制SOC的基本概念 2. 航空公司系统运行控制SOC基本流程的现状和问题分析 3. 厦门航空公司系统运行控制的流程改造 4.
2、厦门航空公司系统运行控制的组织结构调整 5. 厦门航空公司系统运行控制关键环节的信息系统改造 6. 厦门航空公司系统运行控制人力资源的配套规划 最后给出厦门航空公司系统运行控制的应用方案:建立“以飞行签派为指挥协调中心,通过信息技术、计算机通信技术、网络技术、数据库技术将公司的航务部、飞行部、乘务部、市场部、机务部门、货运部门、运输部、食品配餐部、财务部、分公司、基地等单位紧密地联系在一起的运行控制体系”。同时提出相应的组织结构调整方案和配套的人力资源管理规划。 本文的研究力求为提高我国民航运行控制管理水平提供参考。关键词:航空运行控制业务流程1 AbstractNowadays, Airli
