10、oatings on ferrous materials and steel parts with a tensile strength Rm1 000 MPa according to code letter r specified in Volkswagen standard VW 13750. It furthermore defines application limits and exceptions for tensile strength values 1 000 MPa.本技术支持规范(TL)规定了对于抗拉强度Rm1 000 MPa的黑色金属材料与钢制零件(大众汽车标准VW 1

Exceptions may be made for components with a tensile strength Rm between 1

12、000 MPa and 1 200 MPa. However, heat treatment acc. to DIN EN ISO 4042 is required in these cases.本标准定义的合金涂层不得用于抗拉强度 Rm1200 MPa与表面硬度 370 HV的钢制零件。对于抗拉强度Rm在1000 MPa至1200 MPa之间的部件则作例外处理。然而,在这些情况下,需根据DIN EN ISO 4042作热处理。These coatings, used as heavy-duty corrosion protection (protection class 6), are es

13、pecially suitable for components and systems of threaded joints for which, besides an increased corrosion load, a temperature load of up to 150 C (engine compartment and brake area) is to be expected.
