1、Consistency of Semantic Meaning with Structure and Context in English Writing【Abstract】Withthefurtherprogressofthesocialdevelopment,alargenumberoftalentswhoareproficientinEnglisharerequiredtomakecontributiontoourcountry.AsforcultivatingEnglishtalents,knowingthevarioussemanticmeaningwithstructureandc

2、ontextisthepriority.Inareal-worldsetting,passagesarenotshowedinisolation,butratherinacohesivemannerthatinvolvesasequenceofrelatedquestionstomeetusersinformationneeds.Thisarticleisdividedintothreeparts.ThefirstpartisLiteratureReview.Thesecondpartaimstoanalyzetheexampleswhicharerelatedtosemanticmeanin

5、eaningofwords.Andthesituationthatawordwithdistinctivesemanticmeaningsiscalledpolysemy.Polysemyisapivotalconceptwithindisciplinessuchasmediastudiesandlinguistics.Ithasapplicationsinpedagogyandmachinelearning,becausetheyrelyonword-sensedisambiguationandschemas.Thephenomenonofpolysemyisextremelycommoni

8、peechincludingtheunits,nature,structure,andmodificationoflanguage.3.ExamplesThemeaningofawordconstitutesacategory,themeaningisnotbetweenthesamecharacteristics,butsomehowlinked.Suchas“healthybody,“healthyexercise,“healthycomplexion,“healthyhavedifferentmeaningsindifferentcollocations,butthereisaconne

12、reandcontextinEnglishwritingisthatstudentswillbeabletolearnEnglishmoreeffectivelyandaccurately.Atpresent,althoughschoolsatalllevelsarebeginningtofocusonvocabularymemorizingandcontextualteaching,studentscompetencetounderstandspecificwordsorphrasesisstillinadequate,whichmakesthesemanticmeaningwithstru
