2、4.4造价分析-49 参考文献-50 鸣谢-51 - 1 -河北工程大学土木工程学院毕业设计说明书 2013年摘 要本设计工程为邯郸地区一66米双跨钢结构，每跨各设置一10t梁式吊车。主要依据钢结构设计规范)GB50017-2003和门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构技术规程GECS 102:2002等国家规范，综合考虑设计工程的规模、跨度、高度及用途，依据“适用、经济、在可能条件下注意美观”的原则，对各组成部分的选型、选材、连接和经济性作了比较，最终选用单层门式钢架的结构形式。梁、柱节点为刚性连接的门式钢架具有结构简洁、刚度良好、受力合理、使用空间大及施工方便等特点，便于工业化，商品化的制品生产，与轻型
3、维护材料相配套的轻型钢结构框架体系己广泛应用于建筑结构中，本设计就是对轻型钢结构的实际工程进行建筑、结构设计与计算。主要对承重结构进行了内力分析和内力组合，在此基础上确定梁柱截面，对梁柱作了弯剪压计算，验算其平而内外的稳定性;梁柱均采用Q235钢，10. 9级摩擦型高强螺栓连接，局部焊接采用E43型焊条，柱脚刚性连接，梁与柱节点也刚性连接;屋面和墙面维护采用双层彩色聚苯乙烯夹芯板;另外特别注重了支撑设置、拉条设置，避免了一些常见的拉条设计错误。关键词:轻型钢结构 门式钢架 内力分析 双层彩色聚苯乙烯夹芯板节点 - 2 -河北工程大学土木工程学院毕业设计说明书 2013年AbstractThis
