14、efulfortheprojectengineertobeabletomakesitevisitsduringthedevelopmentstage.Tothisend,Neilwasoftheopinionthathavingasecondofficeinthecentralbeltwouldmakegoodsense.Itwouldalsoenablethemtoeventuallyexpandthecivilworkofthefirm.Sothecompanyshouldbuildanotherofficetothemtoconvincethework.Throughtheseintro
