And this lesson is the second period in Unit 3 Module 5. In the first period, I reviewed different tenses that we have learned before. S

3、o this period, I mainly help students read Kates email for specific information about how to give advice successfully. We also read it for listening and writing. Whats more, we help students to consolidate the grammatical tenses in the same situational context.Analysis of students:1. Most of student

4、s are familiar with the topic about healthy life and they also have some problems during their teen years. They want to know how to solve their problems and sometimes they should give other people some advice to help them have a healthy life.2. Students English is in middle level. They have a basic

5、reading skill. But their generalization ability is not good enough. As for writing, they need to practice more and could improve it by reading.3. Students have learned six kinds of tenses and reviewed it again last lesson. most students could use it in the class and complete the task which could con

6、solidate their grammatical knowledge in the specific situation.Teaching objectives:By the end of the lesson, most students will be able to:1. understand and master some new words appearing in the passage, like illness, non-smoker, secondary smoking.2. consolidate their grammatical knowledge by using
