1、WORD格式摘要3本设计是日供应 1.5 万 m 压缩天然气 CNG加气站的设计。主要内容是根据天然气相关数据以及各种设计标准,进展天然气计量、调压、脱水、压缩、储存,主要参数的选择计算,并且对工艺管道的流量、管径、壁厚,作出详细的计算并写出计算过程。本设计说明书共包括 12 个局部:在第一个局部主要介绍了压缩天然气加气站工程建立的背景、 工程建立的必要性, 第二局部主要对 CNG加气站的气质参数具体分析与计算,得出了建 CNG加气站的临界压力和临界温度; 第三局部主要是建立规模; 第四局部主要是天然气加气站的选址、 场站建立的条件; 第五局部主要介绍了加气站的总规划以及设计执行的主要标准及规

2、; 第六局部是本设计中最重要的环节, 介绍加气站工艺流程、工艺方案特点以及工艺设备选型、管材、管阀件以及防腐,具体根据加气站的设计规模 1.5m3/d 的供气量进展各种设备的选型计算以及各种管件、 仪器的选择。首先是根据供气量, 通过计算确定压缩机, 然后根据选择的压缩机的排气量依次进展调压站主要设备比方过滤器、调压器、以及调压器前后管道的选择计算,缓冲罐尺寸选择, 压缩机后管道的计算选择, 选择储气井储气, 并进展了储气井的设计计算以及储气井的优化; 废气回收罐的选择、 及充气流程以及加气机的选择计算。 第 7 局部到 12 局部主要介绍了加气站的各项配套设施,包括管道的消防设施,平安生产与
